The hotel was in a good location and the
staff was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. The room was not as advertised, and cleanliness was lacking. The noise from the neighbors made it hard to sleep, which detracted from any potential enjoyment.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Pier 39 and enjoyed the activities at the beach. The hotel's location made it easy to visit various attractions like the Wax Museum. Plus, their organized tours were a big hit. The scenery and nearby events at Mission Dolores Park were just icing on the cake!
The only downside was that there seemed to be some noise from the street, which made sleeping a bit tough at times.

Consider requesting a room away from the street to enjoy a quieter night's sleep, as it can get noisy.

Warm welcome but room cleanliness needs attention
I had a pleasant check-in experience with a friendly staff member. The location is great for exploring attractions, but the room had significant cleanliness issues, including mold. This made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The room was a huge letdown. We booked a queen, but ended up with a full size bed. The towels had stains, ugh. The shower was super temperamental, going from cold to hot for no reason. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and the walls were dirty. Plus, the neighbors were loud and kept us up till 5am. Definitely not a relaxing stay.

The queen room was spacious, and we loved the comfy beds after a long day exploring. Relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub made our stay even better. It's a bit noisy at night, but that didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

I stayed in a Queen Room for 1 night. The parking was super easy, and everything in the room worked perfectly. Perfect spot for budget-conscious travelers!

A Cautionary Tale for Budget Travelers
There’s little to recommend about my stay. I stepped on a tack while trying to adjust the AC, and the pervasive smell made it hard to relax. I suggest spending a bit more for peace of mind.
